Ultimate Utah

Spring Skiing

After our month in Naples, we drove all the way back to MA, unpacked, saw friends and family, then repacked for our winter adventure in Utah!

We took 5 days to drive west with over night stops in Cleveland, somewhere in Indiana, Kansas City to see family and Boulder to see friends. All in all the trip was smooth but long. Some of the drive was nerve wracking because of all the 18 wheeler trucks, wind and speedy drivers.

We rented an Airbnb for the month that was 20 min drive up to Alta/Snowbird (our fav), 20 min to Solitude (unlimited days on Ikon pass), 45 min to Deer Valley and 1 hr to Snowbasin. We skied a total of 24 days during our 28 day stay. Loving every minute of it! Most days we would ski 10-2 or so with a packed lunch enjoyed at the lodge or in the car before heading home. The afternoons back at our place were warm and sunny, which was perfect for walking our golden doodle Lola. There was a really pretty walking path and park near us.

We had family and friends visit during the month which was really fun!
